PPP Survey

Thank you for attending the August 10th, Peak Parental Performance class!  We look forward to seeing you at future sessions, scheduled at the Fowler Park Community Room from 5:15-6:15pm on: August 31st, September 14th, October 26th, November 9th and 16th.

At UFA we are focused on providing the best value in soccer to our members.  The Peak Parental Performance classes have been designed to help parents understand UFA’s role in the soccer community, curriculum, philosophy and a coach perspective. Our goal is to give you the tools needed to understand the process of player development and how to support your player on and off the field.

This Peak Parental Performance survey will help us evaluate how effective the program was by understanding parents current knowledge and then comparing that with a follow up questionnaire, at the end of the program.

The survey will only take a few minutes and your participation is greatly appreciated!
