Covid-19 Update FAQs

UFA will be operating as normal this year with no mask requirements or quarantining of healthy players. If your player has contracted Covid-19, complete this online form and follow the CDC Covid-19 guidelines linked here and highlighted below:

If you have tested positive or believe you have Covid-19, please complete this online form.

Please isolate yourself for 10 days from the onset of symptoms.

You can be around others once 10 days have passed and you have no fever for 24 hours and other symptoms are improving.
